Answer:

You can chose from the following types of payment:
1) anticipated payment with discount (1,5%)
Wire transfer to UK Current Account
2) regular anticipated payment
- credit card: you can use your credit card (Visa, Visa electron and Mastercard) through our secure link to Paypal Bank
- Paypal account

You will receive all the information necessary to make your payment when placing your on line order (at conclusion phase) and also in the automatic e-mail confirming your order.

 
Question:
Is there a minimum order value to buy goods?
 
Answer:
No, there is no minimum order value to buy goods for a normal end-user.

If, on the other hand, you are registered as a reseller, you have access to more competitive prices and therefore, you must place a minimum order of € 500,00 (VAT included). If you are registered as a wholesaler, the minimum order value is  € 2.500,00 (VAT included).

Are prices VAT included?

 
Answer:
Yes, prices are VAT included (UK VAT at 17,5%). Whomever has
a non UK VAT number can request VAT exemption as intracommunitary purchase and can therefore deduct VAT from the web prices . For instance: if a product costs € 117,5 VAT Included , proceed as follows 117,5 /117,5 x 100 = 100 – therefore, the product costs €100 without VAT.

What should I do if I want to send back the goods?

Are there price lists reserved to resellers/ wholesalers?
 
Answer:
Yes, there are. Our system offers 3 levels of access: End user , Reseller and Wholesaler, with the corresponding price levels and minimum order value of 0, 500 and 2500 € VAT included.

Is it possible to insure my shipment?
 
Answer:
Of course it is. You can insure the shipment based on the goods value.

The system calculates automatically your parcel weight when you place your on line order.
The goods are prepared and sent upon reception of your payment. Delivery takes place within 3 to 5* working days from payment reception. Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive your tracking number which will allow you to follow your shipment directly on www.xxx.xxx *

Are all the goods I see on the website available?
 
Answer:

Our system is directly connected to our various logistics bases and the availability indicated for a product is the total availability. Some products are upon request only and are indicated as such. It is sometimes possible that the total quantity sold is superior to the total quantity available and that, for example, a salesman from a different country processes his/ her order(s) first, resulting in a lack of stock to prepare your order. In this case, you’ll be contacted in order to be able to chose whether to have your order processed without this particular product and receive the corresponding refund, or to have it substituted by another, etc. If there is an equivalent product available (for example same product, different packaging), we will proceed to the product substitution automatically. 

Question:
Is it safe to give my credit card details on your website?
Answer:
If you try and place an on line order and select payment with credit card, you’ll see that the next page you’ll get to is the Paypal Bank secure interface. Paypal is one of the world leaders for on line credit card transactions and your credit card details will be transmitted directly to Paypal and Paypal only: we don’t want to know your credit card number!

I agreed a different amount with you or your national agent – how do I proceed to place my order on line?
Answer:
You can contact us and send us your order by phone, fax or e-mail. We will check it immediately and, if it corresponds to the agreement taken, it will be confirmed. If you then wish to make your payment on line, access our Customer Area by simply entering your login and password. Chose  the option “On line payment (Paypal)”  from the menu. Insert the amount you want to pay and you’ll get directly connected to the Paypal Bank secure interface: you’ll thus be able to proceed to your on line payment.
Question:
I’ve bought through your website or through your agent and  I haven’t received the invoice – whom should I get in touch with? 
Answer:
When we process your order, our system generates automatically the corresponding invoice. You can download it whenever you want from our Customer Area  (click on the “Invoices” option of the menu)
Question:
I’ve placed an on line order but I have only received part of the goods – how come?
Answer:
It’s possible that we’ve only processed part of your order, for example if one of the products was “upon request”, or it is also common that your order was composed of various parcels and that you’ve only received one of them ( the other(s) will soon follow). For products “upon request”, the lead time is indicated (= number of days necessary to order and receive the product from our supplier).

I’d like to have the goods shipped with my Express Courier – is it possible?
Answer:
No , it isn’t possible for small quantity orders (parcel weight < 30kg). For large orders (parcel weight ≥ 30kg): use the “ note” option when placing your order or contact us. We will do our best to satisfy you.

I’m a reseller (or wholesaler), I’m registered on your website, but how can I access the prices reserved to my category?
Answer:
Just let us know you are a reseller / wholesaler when registering (use the “notes” area). Our system is very convenient: no need to send us any company documents – our system is simply based on minimum order values - € 500 for resellers and €2500 for wholesalers – which allow you to have access to more competitive prices!

What is the wish list?
Answer:
The wish list is where you can store your favourite products. Furthermore, you can also save your quotes. In order to do so, just follow the on line order procedure – you’ll see the option “save as quote” before confirming the order.
Question:
I’ve just placed an order but I’d like to cancel it.
Answer:
Of course, you can cancel your order but only until it hasn’t been prepared and shipped. The order can be cancelled directly by you until it’s in “pending” phase- simply go to the Customer Area and cancel it. No fees will be charged. Once it’s in the “accepted” phase, you need to call us or send us a fax / an e-mail to request cancellation.
If it is your intention to cancel your order, please do so or advise us a.s.a.p given that we reserve the goods in stock for the orders placed by customers.

I’ve received a discount code – I should I use it?
Answer:
You’ll be asked to provide it during the ordering procedure. Just insert it and you’ll have access to the  corresponding discount!

How can I find a specific product?
Answer:
You can look for a specific product in various ways:

  1. Look through the different product categories. This way, you’ll see our products ordered by price, from the lowest to the highest (based on a recommended reference quantity)
  2. You can use our “search” box, typing in your key words
  3. You can use our Brands lists to start your product search
  4. If you are already a customer and know the product code, just click on “Product Search by Product Code” and you’ll directly arrive to the product page

How can I buy?
Answer:

The buying procedure is quite simple. You can already be registered or register while placing the order.
When registering, please give us all the information necessary for your identification, and for shipping as well as invoicing. Continue and chose the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Once you’ve finished selecting products, you will be taken to the shipping cost page (they are calculated automatically based on parcel weight), then to the discount code page (insert it if you have one, otherwise leave it blank) and finally to the payment type page – once chosen, you’ll get to order confirmation – you can confirm your order or just save it as a quote. The information to proceed to payment will appear immediately after your confirmation. We advise you to copy and save them.
If you’ve chosen the wrong payment type, no problem! In the automatic e-mail confirmation you’ll receive, all payment types available will be indicated so you’ll be able to change and proceed to the payment you wanted without even contacting us. Obviously, if the new payment option you’ve chosen includes a price increase or reduction, this will be taken into consideration. If you’re not sure of the amount to be paid, we advise you to contact us at sales@digitechshop.com

How does invoicing work?
Answer:

As a UK company, we can register our sales as “sales receipt” or “invoices”. As the first option is the most convenient for us, invoices shall only be issued upon request. Once a customer has requested an invoice for an order,  invoices will be issued automatically for all following orders unless we receive specific instructions not to continue doing so.

Question:

What type of warranty is applied to products?
Answer:

All our products have a one-year or two-year warranty and must be sent back to one of our logistics bases with postage paid.The products that are sent back must be sent back in their original packaging and must be previously authorized by our commercial office, which will assign an ship back authorization number (RMA Form). If the product to be substituted is no longer available, it will be reimbursed within 30days from reception of goods. Substitution, on the other hand, will take place within 10 days from reception of goods and the new shipping costs from Digitechshop to the customer will be free of charge.
As consumer goods, CDs and DVDs have limited warranties which often depend on the brand / manufacturer (life warranty, 1-month, none, etc.). Furthermore, given that a good CD/ DVD burning depends on numerous factors which are not all linked to the media used, the warranty is not always applied. However, our company’s customer satisfaction policy always offers the customer, in these cases, the possibility to send us back the packs that haven’t been opened and the right to have them substituted with corresponding compensation (NB shipping costs not included). For example, if you buy 500cds, and opening the first pack of 25pcs you are not satisfied, you can always send us back the remaining 475cds.
The substitution procedure for faulty products could entail that the customer talk directly with the manufacturer/ distributor as it is the case for most consumer goods sold on the market today.
