Certainly you can purchase on-line. In any case, your purchasing order is just a purchasing proposal even if you pay through your bank with a credit card or through paypal. Before accepting the payment we make sure we can accept your order proposal and we confirm the order if possible, otherwise the bank transaction will be cancelled. If the order is accepted we will deliver the goods to your house.
Is it safe to give my credit card information on your site?
If you try to place an order and you select credit card as a method of payment, the following page is the page of our bank, the Barclays bank, one of the most famous banks in the world. The data shall be delivered directly to the bank, we do not want to know the number of your credit card.
I agreed upon a different price with you or you national agent, how can I place an online order?
If you choose to play offline, there is no problem, just send a fax and then wire the payment, if you want to pay online, you can enter the manual order section and fill out the order you want to place including the price.

If there is no VAT, probably you are a company or citizen of the European Community, except the United Kingdom. In fact European directives foresee the self-declaration of VAT to the national tax office for intra-community operations. Even the invoices outside of the European community are without VAT………………
I placed an order but I just received part of the goods, why?
If you received just part of the goods, probably you were informed in the order confirmation that there would have been 2 or more shipments. If some of the goods are not available you may be asked either to accept more than one shipment or to give up part of the goods ordered. In any case before accepting your payment, you will receive an order confirmation or another proposal.
This happens because we try to propose our customers also products that we do not hold in stock and that we purchase only on orders. In any case the procedure is explained in the sales terms.
I urgently need the products, how can I find out whether you have all the products, part of the products or none of the products?
The product sheet generally indicates whether the product is available, or not. As soon as we finish the integration of our system the exact quantity available in that moment will be indicated.
As regards the products supplied on order, the number of days needed to receive them shall be indicated.
Sometimes these products are not available from our suppliers, in this case we cancel them before confirming the order.
Is it possible to use my carrier to ship the products?
No, it is not possible. The product may be in one country or more than one. For small orders it is not possible. For larger quantities, over 30 kg you may indicate this request in the notes and we will try to do our best to meet your request.
I am a retailer (or wholesaler), I am a registered user, but how can I view the prices reserved to my category ?
Just indicate this in the registration note, our system does not request any corporate documentation, but in this site a retailer must order a minimum quantity of € 500 and a wholesaler of € 2500.
